When coils do not come coated from the manufacturer, the life of the outdoor unit starts to decay and rust any steel, oxidize and corrode copper coils, and destroy aluminum micro channel coils. Home and Comfort Inspections can now coat your outdoor condenser coil and cabinet. this will protect your outdoor equipment from subduing from the elements. The coating is permanent for the life of the outdoor unit 10 years.
